It is once again time for our annual membership meeting.  This past year has been an exceptionally trying time for our members and our organization.  At this upcoming meeting the ETTI Board will be discussing many items and issues, both past and present.  I respectfully ask for some of your time, please come and attend this meeting.  The following items and issues will be on the Agenda and your participation would be greatly appreciated.
Time and place for meeting: 4100 Traffic Way on Feb 28th (5:00 pm)

This meeting will be held at 4100 Traffic Way on Feb 28th.  The meeting/discussion will be held at 5:00 pm, but we will be in this room at 3:00 PM to accept all absentee ballots.  So if you plan on coming early to vote, make sure that you have called Mark Stephan or anyone on the Election Committee (see below) to request an absentee ballot.  This must be done 14 days prior to the General meeting.  No absentee ballots will be accepted after the meeting has been called to order at 5:00 PM.
